Cause my little dog died today;
She'll be waiting at your door.
Please take her into Heaven, Lord.
And keep her there for me,
just feed her, pet her, love her, Lord,

Candy was a golden labodor and a fantasic farm dog. She was really my grandads dog but I was really close to her when i was younger, she would stand at the side of my pram and 'guard me'!! Hehehe. I used to ride her like a horse. ( See the picture in the gallery.) She went everywhere with Grandad!On the farm, in the tractor, in the shed and now in heaven. Pals forever. :) She used to run and catch the rats in the yard but one day ran too fast and went straight into a pair of discs. It was ouch for Candy and ouch for grandad with the vets bills, he wouldn't let her suffer, whatever the cost!! They both retired and Candy spent her last years enjoying walks and sleeping in front of the radiator.

It is true that physically Candy is no longer here,
But in spirit she will always be near....
It is true that physically Candy has gone,
But we will always remember a dog who was second to none....
It is true that with us physically Candy will no longer be,
But now she will run forever free....

I'd rather stay here,

Tribute to your pet dog
When God had made the earth and sky
the flowers and the trees,
He then made all the animals
the fish, the birds and bees.
And when at last He'd finished
not one was quite the same.
He said, "I'll walk this world of mine
and give each one a name."
And so He traveled far and wide
and everywhere He went,
a little creature followed Him
until it's strength was spent.
When all were named upon the earth
